Margaret Fallon's Grandfather began visiting Cape Cod as a boy in
the late 1800’s and established a home in Chatham in 1934. Margaret is a third generation “summer person”
who is now proud to be a “wash-a-shore” as of 1997. She has been buying and fixing up homes for over fifteen years
and currently owns her own Brokerage as well as rental properties here on Cape Cod. From first time buyer to
savvy investor, she understands the individuals needs and focuses her energy in that direction. “I think it is important
