a game of catch out on the flats at low tide and fly a kite after a long day of beaching it. All of this just literally steps
from the house. You are able to walk to the famous Lighthouse in minutes and downtown Chatham is close by. Soak in the sun
during the day, take in the town's Band Concert on Friday night, and enjoy the shopping and restaurants in Chatham while
spending your vacation at this ideal spot.

$1800 /week Off-season - There is a Required security deposit and Required cleaning
fee. For a two week or more rental period; $35 per week will be added to the quoted cleaning fee. Security is refundable minus
the cleaning fee and any damages.
Once you would like to reserve the house, it is half down now and the other half
is due one month before you arrive.
Rental period is Saturday to Saturday
