Additional information about rental rates

  • $525 per night OFF SEASON ONLY! In Season Rental period is Saturday to Saturday
  • $3800 / per week Summer 2010
    $2850/ per week off season

  • There is a REQUIRED security deposit and REQUIRED cleaning fee. For a two week or more rental period $35 per week will be added to the quoted cleaning fee. Security is refundable minus the cleaning fee and any damages. As stated in the lease the security will be refunded within 45 days.

    Once you would like to reserve the house, it is half down now and the other half is due one month before you arrive.
