Plenty of room. Back deck for dining (can see the ocean!) with picnic table and plenty of lounge chairs. Location great for jogging and bike riding. Fishing pier just down the road - fun to go watch the seals (on Shore Road which is along the ocean with big beautiful houses!) Great computer with wireless. Washer and dryer in basement came in handy. Assortment of books and games (checkers, chinese checkers, chess, etc) in the house as well as pamphlets about local towns and things of interest. No air conditioning but plenty of fans if necessary. The village of Chatham is very close with fun shopping, weekly concerts and Cape Cod league baseball. Oyster pond beach (in Chatham) - great for young children and swimming (has bathrooms and life guards - ice cream truck stops by every day! ) Ridgevale beach nice too! Ocean waves and protected inlet for smaller children. Lifeguards and snack bar. Corn Hill (Truro) and Great Island (Wellfleet) good bay beaches for shells and creatures. Lighthouse beach in Chatham- went there for evening walk - can also see seals from this beach. Whale watching out of Provencetown was awesome - a fun place to explore too! Would definitely rent here again!
