- There is a required security deposit and required cleaning fee. For a two week or more
rental period; $35 per week will be added to the quoted cleaning fee. Security is refundable minus the cleaning fee and any
damages.
Once you would like to reserve the house, it is half down now and the other half is due one month before
you arrive.
