4) You then Mail your deposit! When you decide to book a week and you tell
me you are sending the deposit, I then consider it booked.
5) When
I receive your deposit I will email p. 1 of the lease & explain how to download the rest. (Click to see Sample Lease)
6) Deposit Information: Once you would like to reserve it, it is $1200.00 down now and the other $1200.00 is

The deposit includes 1/2 of a partially
refundable $500 security deposit. Security is refundable minus the cleaning fee and any damages.
Linens are $25 per person per week which include; sheets;
bath towel and beach towel. Or you may bring your own.
